As one of the founders of Integrity Builders Group, Inc., Kevin is committed to providing accurate estimating, practical solutions, and exceptional service. He works closely with community associations, property managers, and design professionals to deliver high-quality projects with honesty, professionalism, and integrity.
Dave Bafford
Senior Project Manager and Principal
David Bafford has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, with extensive expertise in waterproofing, building envelope systems, problem solving, and reconstruction. As Production Manager and Estimator, he combines technical knowledge with practical field experience to develop effective solutions and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
As a co-founder of Integrity Builders Group, Inc., David is committed to delivering exceptional service, accurate estimating, and well-executed reconstruction projects. Guillermo Corral
Production Manager and Principal
Guillermo Corral has been serving the HOA reconstruction industry since 2000, building his career from Lead Carpenter to Production Manager through decades of hands-on experience and leadership. His extensive field knowledge includes structural repairs, waterproofing, roofing, decks and balconies, siding, concrete restoration, and large-scale community reconstruction projects.
As a co-founder of Integrity Builders Group, Inc., Guillermo oversees project production and is dedicated to delivering quality craftsmanship, efficient project execution, and outstanding customer service. His practical expertise and commitment to excellence help ensure every project is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards.
